
According to the press service of the GNS, the campaign consists of two stages. Legal entities, as well as state and municipal officials, must submit their declarations by April 1, while individuals and sole proprietors must do so by May 1.
Among those required to submit declarations by April 1 are:
– domestic companies, except for those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax;
– foreign organizations operating in the Kyrgyz Republic and having a permanent establishment;
– state and municipal officials;
– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.
By May 1, the following must submit declarations:
– sole proprietors, except for those operating in special regime zones, using patents, or paying a single tax at rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant farms without legal status;
– citizens working in international organizations or in the diplomatic and consular missions of foreign states on the territory of Kyrgyzstan;
– individuals who received taxable income on which income tax was not withheld.
Other categories of citizens wishing to apply for social or property deductions may submit declarations on a voluntary basis.
Tax declarations are submitted electronically through the Taxpayer Cabinet on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg.
It is important to note that the declaration must include information about income, expenses, economic activities, property, land plots, as well as the amounts of taxes paid for the reporting period.
