According to the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Kyrgyzstan is entering a new era of cooperation in the agricultural sector.
From February 18 to 21, an agro-industrial forum titled "Agrodialog–2026" will take place in Bishkek. During the event, it is planned to sign over 100 memorandums aimed at attracting foreign investments, implementing modern technologies, and increasing the export potential of local products.
More than 2,500 farmers, businessmen, and specialists from all corners of the country are expected to participate, along with invited experts from Qatar, China, and neighboring countries who will share their experiences in agronomy.
The main topics of the forum include the modernization of irrigation systems, the use of high-yield seeds, innovations in animal husbandry, the development of processing, and the improvement of export logistics. B2B meetings will help establish direct contracts and develop long-term partnerships.
The forum will be held at the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin from February 18 to 20, with its concluding part organized on February 21 at the Toktogul Satylganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall in a ceremonial setting.
As part of the forum, 20 best farmers in crop production and 20 in animal husbandry will be awarded for their achievements in the development of the agricultural sector of the country.
"Agrodialog–2026" is not just a forum but an important investment and export platform capable of significantly enhancing the level of Kyrgyzstan's agricultural industry.
