According to information from the prosecutor's office, high-ranking representatives participated in the event, including the presidential envoy in the Jalal-Abad region, the head of the regional internal affairs department, the head of the Main Department of the State National Security Committee, as well as the heads of territorial departments of the State Tax Service.
At the meeting, the main focus was on the inadmissibility of any illegal interference in business. Representatives of supervisory authorities stated that if violations of entrepreneurs' rights by state structures are identified, the prosecutor's office will take strict measures in accordance with the law.
Participants also discussed Presidential Decree No. 18 dated January 28, 2026, which introduces a ban on unscheduled tax audits until the end of 2026. "This initiative is aimed at supporting business, improving the investment climate, and creating comfortable conditions for doing business in the country," it was noted at the meeting.
At the end of the event, representatives of relevant state bodies answered questions from entrepreneurs. The prosecutor's office of the Jalal-Abad region emphasized that work to ensure law and order in the business sector and to protect the rights of entrepreneurs will continue as a priority.
