
In 2022, significant steps were taken in Kyrgyzstan to improve infrastructure in the agricultural sector, as reported by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the country.
According to the ministry, the construction of a quarantine laboratory has begun in Jalal-Abad, and $350,000 has been allocated for the upgrade of the laboratory in Balakchy.
As a result of this initiative, 14 new MTS have been opened, creating 60 jobs, and 68 new cooperatives have been formed.
The ministry emphasized that these projects aim to modernize the agricultural sector, improve the quality and volume of produced goods, and provide practical assistance to farmers.
