
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic has decided to withdraw the draft law concerning the regulation of limited liability companies (LLCs). This statement was made by the ministry's press service.
The draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Field of Regulation of the Activities of Limited Liability Companies" was proposed for discussion on March 9, 2026, at the initiative of the State Tax Service.
Comments and opinions from experts, representatives of civil society, entrepreneurs, and lawyers were collected on the Unified Portal for Public Discussions of Draft Regulatory Legal Acts (http://koomtalkuu.gov.kg).
In light of the received comments and recommendations, as well as the request from the State Tax Service to return the draft law for further analysis, the Ministry of Economy has decided to withdraw this draft law from the discussion process.
