The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, through the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection, and Quarantine, has announced a new step in the field of phytosanitary control: employees will now use body cameras.

According to information from the Ministry of Agriculture, this initiative aims to increase the transparency of operations, reduce corruption risks, and ensure effective control over phytosanitary procedures. Body cameras have already been successfully implemented at the temporary storage warehouse (TSW) "Kant" in the Chui region.

The use of body cameras ensures:

- recording all stages of inspection and documentation of quarantine products

- increased discipline and accountability among employees

- protection of the rights of workers and participants in foreign economic activity

- creation of additional control mechanisms to ensure compliance with legislation

This step is part of a broader strategy of the Department aimed at digitizing processes, optimizing state control, and strengthening trust from both businesses and citizens.
