Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic R. Baltabaev held a meeting with a delegation from the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
During this meeting, key aspects of the preparation for the construction of a Trade and Logistics Center (TLC) were discussed, which will be implemented in partnership with OJSC "Kyrgyz Agriholding." Currently, active work is underway to prepare the project.
KOICA representatives shared information about the next stages of the project, including design, financing, and organizational support. Both parties expressed their readiness for further cooperation in this area.
The Trade and Logistics Center is planned to be located in the Sokuluk district, and the total cost of its implementation is approximately 6 million US dollars.
The goal of the project is to develop infrastructure for the storage, processing, and marketing of agricultural products, which in turn should contribute to increasing the export potential of the agricultural sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.
