A recent agreement was signed for the construction of a new cement plant worth 137.6 million US dollars. The signatures were put by Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency, and Hua Jianfei, deputy general director of the company OsOO "Shanfen Zhet Cement".
According to information provided by the relevant agency, the plant will be located in the territory of the rural municipality of Kyzyl-Oktober in the Kemin district of the Chui region. The design capacity of the new enterprise will be 3,200 tons of clinker per day.
