
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, construction is currently underway on 100 to 200 residential buildings, which corresponds to the creation of tens of thousands of apartments. According to information provided by the "Kabar" agency from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing, approximately 17,400 apartments are currently being built. It is expected that by the end of 2026, more than 120 residential complexes will be put into operation.
At the national level, there are 3,720 construction projects registered in the state registry, of which 2,257 projects were commissioned in 2025.
