According to the Ministry of Finance report, from January to October 2025, revenues from the gambling tax amounted to 383.4 million soms, which is 64.8% more than in the same period of 2024. This is reported by economist.kg.
Thus, income from gambling increased by 150.7 million soms compared to last year. Notably, almost 95% of the revenues are generated by casinos, which increased their payouts from 221 million to 364.6 million soms.
The analysis of the structure of tax revenues shows differences in dynamics by types of gambling activities:
- casinos: 364.6 million soms (increase of 143.6 million);
- online casinos: 6.5 million soms (increase by 213 times — from 30.5 thousand soms in 2024);
- slot machines and simulators: 6.3 million soms (increase by 4 times — from 1.6 million);
- bookmakers and totalizators: 6 million soms (decrease by 40% — from 10 million).
