The volume of consumer loans issued in October decreased for the first time since July compared to the previous month, amounting to 21.3 billion soms, while in September it reached 22.3 billion. Last year, the situation was the opposite: in October, the volume of loans was 14.6 billion, while in September it was 12.3 billion.
