Preferential loans of 3.3 billion soms: which sectors will receive support, - Ministry of Economy

- In his speech, Nurbek Umetaliev noted that among the priority areas are craft production, the sewing industry, machine engineering, the chemical sector, as well as metalworking and the production of metal products. An important part of the program is also the development of computer technologies and the IT sector. Special attention will be paid to innovative projects and emerging entrepreneurs. It should be noted that agriculture is not covered by this program, as there are special state initiatives for it.

Support is also provided for women entrepreneurs: 30% of the total funds will be allocated to projects implemented by women. Separate financing of up to 1 million soms is available for startups, with a duration of up to one year.

Umetaliev reported that the launch of the program is planned for February, and banks will soon begin submitting applications for participation.
