The handover of keys to 37 units of special equipment took place in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, where the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev officially transferred them to the Ministry of Energy. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet.
It was noted that within the framework of capital construction and modernization of the facilities of the OJSC "Kyrgyzstan National Electric Network," 17 JAC-T8 crew vehicles, 8 SHANMON-388H backhoe loaders, as well as 2 KAMAZ-43118-based aerial platforms with a height of 45 meters and 10 JAC-N56 vehicles were purchased as part of the project "Modernization and Sustainable Development of the Energy Sector."
The total amount spent on the specified equipment was 145.8 million soms.

"The energy sector of Kyrgyzstan continues to develop and strengthen technically. The modernization of hydropower plants, updating equipment, and extending the service life of facilities are the results of joint work. We continue to acquire new special and service vehicles, and I am confident that positive changes in the energy sector will continue. Today we are handing over new equipment to you. May it serve the benefit of the people and the state," said the head of the Cabinet.
It is important to note that in 2025, more than 160 units of special vehicles were purchased for the energy and coal industries.
