During his visit, Ibraev also assessed the progress of the solar power plant construction by "Unigrin". According to Kadinov, work is actively underway, and the following stages have been completed to date:
• Land planning – 80%;
• Installation of fencing – 95%;
• Delivery of supporting structures for the first phase – 50%;
• Piling for supporting structures of the first phase – 6%;
• Creation of sediment control structures, including a drainage channel and drainage ponds – 50%;
• Preparation of pits for 220 kV power line supports – 40%;
• Assembly of supports is in progress.
The solar power plant, designed for a capacity of 100 MW, is scheduled to be commissioned on August 31, 2026.
Additionally, Minister Ibraev also checked the construction of another solar power plant being implemented by "RECA". He met with the project director Fam Minh Bag and the site manager Nguyen Minh Tuan, who informed him about the current status of the project. Currently, 10% of the work on the 17 MW solar power plant has been completed.
The construction of temporary housing for workers has been completed, the foundation for the substation has been laid, and 50% of the 110 kV power line has been installed. The first phase of the 175 MW project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
The Minister of Energy instructed the management of "RECA" to strengthen control over the quality and rhythm of work execution, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the established deadlines.
