A check conducted by the prosecutor's office revealed that employees of the Sokuluk inter-district center, during scheduled inspections, instead of issuing written warnings, applied illegal measures in the form of fines.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, criminal proceedings were initiated against three employees of the center under Article 436 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and each of them was fined 15,000 soms. Additionally, seven more employees were held accountable for disciplinary violations.
Thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, three illegal rulings on penalties imposed on individual entrepreneurs were annulled.
