The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the start of recruitment for the program "Teach for Kyrgyzstan – Teacher of the New Era." This initiative aims to develop school education in the regions and to form a new generation of educators.
The program is open to individuals with higher education, including those without teaching experience but who wish to work in the field of education. Participants will work in schools in small towns and villages for two years while simultaneously acquiring modern pedagogical and leadership skills.
The program includes free master's degree training organized in collaboration with the International University of Central Asia. The format of the training is hybrid, combining online classes with in-person sessions. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a state diploma and an international master's diploma.
Participants will be officially employed, receive a scholarship, and have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced educators and receive ongoing methodological support. Additionally, they will be able to implement their educational projects and join the international Teach For All network.
Those invited to participate in the program include:
- citizens with higher education;
- individuals willing to work in regional schools for two years;
- motivated professionals who want to work with children and develop professionally.
Applications will be accepted until May 25, 2026.
