The identity of a person involved in planning a terrorist act has been identified in Kyrgyzstan. A user hiding behind an anonymous account posted messages about upcoming attacks on kindergartens and schools in the village of Kazarman on the "Kazaraman Advertising" page on Facebook. This was reported by the State National Security Service (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan.
During operational activities, it was established that a 14-year-old 8th-grade student from one of the schools in the Toguz-Toruy district named “B.K.” had been influenced by internet terrorists and was planning to carry out a terrorist act under pressure and psychological influence.

The State National Security Service reminds citizens that for committing serious and particularly serious crimes, responsibility begins at the age of 14, and for threatening to commit an act of terrorism, a punishment of imprisonment for a term of five to ten years is provided.
