According to the investigation, O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B. provided false information about the employment activities of fictitious employees, known as "dead souls."
"The actions of these individuals caused significant material damage to the state, undermined the reputation of the judicial system, and created a negative moral and psychological climate within the court's team," the press service emphasized.
The Investigation Department of the GKNB in Osh and Osh Region has initiated a criminal case under Article 337 ("Abuse of Official Position") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The head of the office and staff of the Administrative Court of Osh Region have been placed in custody in the GKNB pre-trial detention center. The investigation is currently ongoing.
