The incident was registered at the Alay District Department of Internal Affairs, and an initial investigation is currently underway. It has been established that the video was filmed by a citizen named B. uulu B., born in 1996, on the road leading to the Sary-Oy pasture in the Alay district. An explanatory conversation was held with him.
The materials of the investigation will be forwarded to the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service for further actions in accordance with the law.
