A meeting on combating corruption was held at the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region.

On January 29, an important meeting took place at the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region, where issues of preventing corruption and maintaining official discipline were discussed. The event was held under the leadership of the head of the department, Marlis Asanov.

According to information provided by the regional police, participants were introduced to new legislation — the law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Field of Counteracting Corruption."

Employees were reminded of the importance of honestly fulfilling their official duties, adhering to legality, and preventing violations of discipline as well as corrupt actions.
