The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan has uncovered a case of illegal privatization of the territory of the Osh Passenger Transport Enterprise (PATP-1).
According to the security service, the former director of the enterprise unlawfully appropriated land in the early 2000s, after which he divided the plot into several parcels, registering them in the names of his associates.
As a result of the investigation, realizing the illegality of his actions, the former director of PATP-1 voluntarily returned to state ownership a plot of land measuring 1.39 hectares, along with the administrative and operational buildings located on it.
