Ministry of Labor of Kyrgyzstan: An employer delaying salary will pay a penalty

The department also clarified that the statute of limitations is three years. This means that an employee can go to court with a claim for unpaid wages within three years from the date when the payment was due.

Thus, employees now have legal mechanisms to protect their rights in case of delayed salary payments.
