

In Dubai, on February 3, a side event titled "Kyrgyzstan's Economic Growth Model 'Snow Leopard': Government Accelerators, Institutions, and Investments" took place as part of the World Government Summit. This was reported by the information support department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Among the attendees were the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail Mohammed Al-Mazrouei, as well as representatives from international organizations and the business community.











Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the 'Snow Leopard' relies on three main components: government accelerators, strong institutions, and attracted investments. He noted that the implementation of accelerators facilitated the completion of seventeen reforms in 100 days, simplifying administrative processes in various areas, including construction, healthcare, and education, as well as reducing bureaucratic barriers.
To simplify the work of the state service, seven presidential decrees were signed, along with 19 laws and 22 Cabinet decisions.
The head of the Cabinet added that the average economic growth of Kyrgyzstan over the past four years is 9-10%.
During the summit, on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov, Kasymaliev presented the 'Dostuk' order to the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, Chairman of the World Government Summit Mohammed Abdullah Al-Gergawi for his contribution to the development of Kyrgyz-Emirati cooperation and support for the government accelerators program.





As part of the side event, a panel discussion took place, featuring members of the Kyrgyz delegation and representatives from the UAE Prime Minister's office. They discussed development priorities, achievements in de-bureaucratization, and the transformation of public administration.


Participants of the event noted that the ongoing reforms contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan and creating conditions for the implementation of various industrial and innovative projects.
According to the information provided, the experience presented has sparked interest among international delegations and experts who expressed a desire to study the Kyrgyz reform model more deeply.
