In 2025, the prosecutor's office of the Jumgal district conducted a comprehensive set of measures aimed at combating corruption, monitoring compliance with legislation, protecting human rights, and safeguarding the interests of minors.

According to the information from the prosecutor's office, in 2025, 104 (130) inspections were carried out, during which 227 (214) violations were identified. To address these violations, 108 (106) acts of prosecutorial response were issued. As a result, 106 (53) officials were held accountable for disciplinary violations, and 36 (51) of them received fines for their offenses.

Additionally, the state managed to recover 2,666,704 soms in cash and 233,522,000 soms in the form of property.

As part of the return of land plots to municipal ownership, 74 (4) lawsuits were filed in the courts. Of these, 62 (2) lawsuits were fully satisfied, 1 (2) lawsuit was left unsatisfied, and the remaining ones are under consideration.

Furthermore, 5 (3) criminal cases were initiated regarding corruption activities, resulting in the relevant individuals being held accountable.
