According to the traffic control service of the Issyk-Kul region, as a result of operational-search activities, officers from the road safety department of the Jet-Oguz District Internal Affairs Department managed to detain a "Daewoo Nexia" suspected of being involved in this accident. It has been established that the driver is a native of the Jet-Oguz district, born in 1994. The vehicle was placed in a tow lot, and the driver was handed over to the investigative authorities.
As a result of the collision, both vehicles sustained material damage.
