Two deputy ministers of science, higher education, and innovations of Kyrgyzstan were dismissed: Aibek Chotonov and Nurlan Omurov.
They had held their positions since July 3, 2025, and were dismissed at their own request.

Mukhtar Sherbaev was appointed akim of the At-Bashinsky district in the Naryn region.
Recently, the former akim Emilbek Abdykalykov moved to the position of akim of the Chui region.
Previously, Sherbaev worked as the first deputy akim of the Ala-Buka district in the Jalal-Abad region.
Maksat Jumataev became the deputy chairman of the State Service for the Execution of Sentences.
He also headed the department for security and convoy.
Maksat Jumataev was born on March 30, 1977, and prior to his appointment, he worked as the deputy head of the logistics department of the State Service for the Execution of Sentences.
Almazbek Isakov was appointed mayor of Kara-Balta.
He is a police lieutenant colonel and previously headed the traffic safety department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Talas region.
The former mayor Azat Salmurbek uulu was relieved of his duties.
Erkin Toktomambetov became the director of the Higher School of Justice.
This position became vacant after the departure of Anarkhan Bazaralieva two months ago.
Toktomambetov has a higher legal education and has held various leadership positions in the judicial system, including deputy chairman of the Supreme Court from 2009 to 2012.
In 2008, he was elected a member of the Council of Judges of Kyrgyzstan and served as deputy chairman.
Akyilbek Eshimov became the president of the Federation of Kok-Boru of Kyrgyzstan.
Previously, Eshimov was a member of the Jogorku Kenesh (2011-2015) and headed the Federation for the struggle of alysh kuros (2015-2022). In recent years, he led the Kara-Suu Federation of Kok-Boru.
The former president Ramis Junusaliev was detained in December 2025 on suspicion of fraud.
Indira Sharshenova was appointed director of the State Enterprise "Single Window Center" under the Customs Service.
She previously worked as the deputy director for digital development in the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.
The previous director Tilek Asanov was relieved of his position.
Daniyar Ibraimov headed the SDYUSHOR for tennis, Paralympic, and strength sports in Bishkek.
Previously, he served as the deputy director of the SDYUSHOR for weightlifting.
