Nurdan Oruntaev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, visited the construction site of a factory that will produce autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. This enterprise is located in the rural district of Kochkorbaev, in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region.
During his visit, the minister inspected the ongoing construction work, assessed the readiness of the production workshops, and checked the installed technological equipment. He emphasized that the ministry will provide full support for the quality and timely implementation of this project.
The factory, being built by the company OsOO "HUA RUI," is being realized under an investment agreement. The total cost of the project is 10 million US dollars, and the planned commissioning date is April 2026.
According to information from the Ministry of Construction, the new enterprise will be equipped with advanced Chinese technologies and will be able to produce from 500 to 1500 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks daily, totaling up to 200,000 cubic meters per year. This will ensure the market is supplied with quality and affordable building materials and reduce dependence on imports.
Currently, the main production buildings are completed, and equipment installation is ongoing. The next phase includes commissioning works, staff training, and preparation for the factory's launch.
