The Osh regional administration has begun active measures in response to the issues that have arisen with waste. In particular, a fine of 5,500 soms was imposed on the organizers of the alaman ulak, represented by Janish Niyazov, in accordance with Article 115/1 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Current cleanup efforts are being carried out in collaboration with the event organizers, local authorities, and residents. The Ministry reminds of the importance of adhering to environmental standards during mass events.
It is also worth noting that the number of incidents increased during the game. According to law enforcement agencies, one participant fell into the river along with his horse and died. Additionally, there was an accident involving a car that rolled down a slope; the driver was hospitalized.
