Information about the fire was received at 16:35. According to the agency, the fire ignited on the roof of the library's furnace, located on Ch. Aitmatov Street.
Two units of the fire and rescue service No. 17 from Talas were dispatched to extinguish the fire. The flames were localized by 17:01, and complete extinguishment occurred at 17:10.
The area affected by the fire was 10 square meters. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The preliminary cause of the incident is improper installation of the stove and chimney.
Thanks to the quick response of the rescuers, further spread of the fire was prevented, and the situation was brought under control.
