This program aims to develop qualified personnel. Participants undergo training and then have the opportunity to intern in various sectors of the economy — private, public, and municipal. This provides employers with a number of advantages:
- The ability to prepare specialists according to the needs of their organization;
- Reduction of costs for searching and adapting new employees;
- Access to motivated youth with basic skills;
- The opportunity to evaluate interns before their official employment.
It is important to note that during the internship, the government pays participants a stipend of 8,600 soms per month, and a stipend is also provided for the training period.
The program covers 30 pilot cities and regions of the country. Employers interested in participating can contact local employment services to apply and obtain more detailed information about the participation process. An online application option is also available.
The initiative is aimed at developing the professional skills of youth, supporting employment, and strengthening the local labor market, ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation between employers and young specialists.
