It is reported that a local resident named K.B. filed a complaint with the police, stating that 35-year-old D.K., having taken advantage of his trust, deceitfully acquired a "Hyundai Grandeur" car worth 21 thousand dollars.
Furthermore, the Internal Affairs Department notes that this suspect already had similar criminal episodes. On October 8, 2024, he allegedly deceitfully obtained 500 thousand soms through a bank by representing a deal for the sale of a "Kia K5" car.
As a result of operational activities conducted by the Batken District Department of Internal Affairs, D.K. was detained on February 11 as part of a special operation called "Search" and placed in a temporary detention facility.
He has been charged under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code, and it has been decided to place him in custody as a preventive measure.
