According to information from the department, a resident of the Chety-Bulak neighborhood in Batken illegally sold unclaimed land plots, misleading local residents for his own benefit.
The suspect is N. K., a 40-year-old resident of the village of Jangy-Bak, which is part of the Samarkandek rural district in the Batken region. He is currently in a temporary detention facility, charged with fraud under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
