According to information provided by the department, employees of the juvenile affairs inspection of the city police station "Sulaiman-Too" detained 19-year-old M. B., who, according to the police, used physical violence against teenagers and robbed them.
The investigation revealed that on February 9 of this year, near one of the schools in the city of Osh, the suspect stopped an 8th-grade student, 12-year-old T. D., and, threatening him, took his mobile phone, a brand "iPhone." In addition, he inquired about the boy's address and began to demand money from him, threatening physical harm.
M. B. was detained by police officers at the moment he was receiving 2000 soms from the victim. He was found to have both the money and a knife on him.
On February 10, the suspect was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs. It is known that he previously had four criminal cases against him.
Currently, investigative actions are being conducted, and necessary materials for this case are being gathered.
