This decision concerns 10 hectares of rain-fed arable land, which is state-owned and located in the territory of the Ak-Suu rural district in the Moscow region.
This plot will be used for the construction of a factory for the production of plastic products intended for drip and rain irrigation systems.
According to the resolution, the state administration of the Moscow region is required to ensure the development of urban planning documentation, make changes to land accounting materials, and monitor the intended use of this plot. Measures are also provided for compensation payments for losses in agriculture, compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards and seismic requirements, as well as measures for drainage.
A separate part of the resolution specifies the requirements for the protection of historical and cultural heritage sites and the possibility of land expropriation in case of non-target use or non-use.
This decision will come into effect 9 days after its official publication.
