Currently, there is dense fog on the roads, which, combined with the precipitation, creates dangerous conditions for drivers.
According to Kyrgyzhydromet, on the night of February 12, snow is expected over most of the territory, while heavy precipitation is forecasted in the Jalal-Abad region.
During the day, rain and snow will occur across the country, with snowfall also expected in mountainous areas. In some parts of the Jalal-Abad and Naryn regions, precipitation will be intense. The wind will be from the west at a speed of 4-9 m/s, with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s possible on the western shore of Lake Issyk-Kul.
