The new director, appointed by Mayor Almaz Isakov, is Mirbek Baktybekovich Murataliev, born in 1986. His appointment took place on February 12, 2026.
Mirbek Murataliev holds a higher education degree, having graduated in 2010 from KNU named after J. Balasagyn with a specialization in "Public and Municipal Administration."
Since 2019, he has been working at the municipal enterprise "Universal," starting his career as a sector head and gradually advancing to the position of chief engineer of the enterprise.
Previously, this position was held by Akhmetov Zhangazy Smankulovich, who served as director for four years and left his position at his own request.
