According to the agency, on February 13 of this year, thefts were identified as part of the "Leader" operation, which were registered in the electronic journal of the Kadamjai Department of Internal Affairs.
One of the victims was 38-year-old N. Zh., who lives on Ermek-Biy Street. He filed a report stating that on the night of February 11 to 12, between 01:00 and 02:00, unknown individuals stole a battery worth 6,000 soms from his VAZ-2107 parked near his house.
Another theft occurred during the same time period. 38-year-old M. Zh., also a resident of the area, reported that a battery worth 5,500 soms, a radio worth 3,000 soms, and two car heaters with a total value of 6,000 soms were stolen from his Daewoo Tico parked by his house.
During the operational activities conducted by juvenile affairs inspectors, a suspect was identified — 15-year-old K. A., who also lives in Kadamjai. He was taken to the investigative service of the police with identification documents in the presence of legal representatives.
Currently, further investigations are being conducted in this case.
