In the city of Osh, law enforcement agencies detained a man who deceived people by promising to sell them phones at low prices, and then disappeared with their money. This information was provided by the press service of the city police department.

According to police data, during the operation "Bandit," conducted in the city, officers from the "Sulaiman-Too" police station detained a young man suspected of fraud. He turned out to be 24-year-old A. uulu A., who had previously had legal issues.

The investigation revealed that the suspect gained the trust of citizens through deception, promising to "get new phones at a favorable price." He took money in advance and vanished.

For instance, on January 2 of this year, he promised one of the residents of Bishkek, born in 1996, to deliver an "iPhone 17 Pro Max" within an hour after receiving 11,000 soms. However, he did not fulfill his promises and disappeared.

Additionally, on February 2, he deceived a resident of Osh, born in 2002, by taking his "iPhone 15 Pro" under the pretext of "calling someone" and vanished with the device. Currently, several similar complaints have been filed with the police, and investigative actions are ongoing.

At present, a criminal case has been initiated against the detained individual on charges of fraud. He was placed in a temporary detention facility on February 13.
