The nomination of Talantbek Soltobaev to the Jogorku Kenesh has been submitted for approval for his appointment as the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Previously, Absattar Syrgabaev was relieved of his duties as Minister of Transport and Communications.
Talantbek Soltobaev, born on July 2, 1982, was detained by the GKNB on September 1, 2025. This occurred in connection with the capital repairs on Sheraliyev and Lenin streets in Naryn, which were delayed, causing dissatisfaction from Tashiev, who publicly expressed it. As a result, Soltobaev was dismissed from his position.
