"All public servants and citizens must comply with the president's decisions"
Shairbek Tashiev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, denied rumors about a criminal case being opened against him and his arrest, commenting to the publication "Azattyk".
In addition, he confirmed that he recently met with his brother Kamchybek Tashiev, who returned from Germany after resigning from his position as head of the GKNB.
According to Tashiev, their brotherly relationship is strong: "We have always been close. After the losses we experienced, he became both a father and a mother to us. His health is improving, but full recovery will take time. As for the president's decisions, all public servants and citizens are obliged to comply with them according to the law. We do not have the right to judge the correctness of these decisions," noted the MP.
It is worth adding that today Tashiev participated in a meeting of the committee on international affairs, security, defense, and migration.
