As a result of the prosecutor's work, a social area that was illegally alienated has been returned to municipal ownership. This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

A check conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district revealed facts of illegal transfer of state property into private hands and showed serious violations of legislation. In particular, it concerns a land plot of 289.3 square meters that belongs to the S. Sharipov Secondary School in Uzgen.

It turned out that this plot was illegally removed from state ownership, which contradicts current legal norms.

As a result of the actions of the supervisory authority, the land plot, valued at 5,517,230 soms, was returned to the municipality's disposal.

In addition, the Uzgen city administration had previously reported that nine structures had been illegally built on the school grounds, which were also successfully returned to the educational institution's management.
