The Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanat Sagynbaev, visited the Public Association "Union of Young Disabled Persons of Chui Region," which has been supporting young people with disabilities since 2005.
According to the department's information, this non-profit organization unites more than 1,600 people with disabilities in the Chui region. It not only functions as an educational center but also creates an atmosphere where every participant feels valued, supported, and needed. Here, young people have the opportunity to actively participate in social life, realizing their talents through work and creativity.
Kanat Sagynbaev familiarized himself with the successful employment practices implemented in this organization, which is part of the ministry's policy to expand opportunities for people with disabilities. This is aimed at further popularizing such models at the national level.
The implementation of socially beneficial projects contributes to the formation of an inclusive society and the creation of an accessible environment, which is an important incentive for the work of people with disabilities and their active participation in social life. Currently, the Public Association is fulfilling a government order to supply law enforcement agencies with sewing products, which allows for the creation of stable jobs and guarantees employees a stable income.
"This experience shows that with proper organization, people with disabilities can be actively involved in production processes and successfully compete in the labor market," emphasized the minister.
