
Victoria Mozgacheva, the vice-mayor of the capital, emphasized that such events contribute to creating equal opportunities for self-expression and inspire participants to reach new heights.

The festival involves 23 organizations, including both children's and adult associations, as well as public funds and rehabilitation centers. Participants will compete in seven categories: vocals, choral singing, artistic reading, performance on musical instruments, fashion show, pantomime, and dance.
Festival visitors will also be able to enjoy an exhibition of applied arts, featuring products made from felt, wood, metal, macramé, beads, and watercolor works.
