In her welcoming speech, the deputy mayor emphasized the importance of cultural exchange between Kyrgyzstan and Korea. She noted that such events contribute to strengthening the friendship between the two nations and allow the residents of Bishkek to learn more about Korean traditions and culinary heritage.
As part of the festival, a mini-fair was organized where visitors could try Korean dishes, explore cosmetics and traditional clothing, as well as participate in a kimchi cooking workshop. The participation of students with traditional and K-pop dances added vibrancy to the event. The festival concluded with a kimchi tasting, where anyone could try this famous Korean dish.
