Information about Kamchybek Tashiev's temporary departure from Kyrgyzstan was confirmed by Otkurbek Rahmanov on his social media.

After Tashiev's removal from office, arrests were made in Kyrgyzstan, including the detention of five signatories of the "75 appeal," who were suspected of attempting to organize mass riots calling for early presidential elections.

All of Tashiev's deputies in the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) were replaced, and his former deputy, who headed the Bishkek department, was arrested and placed in a detention center.

President Sadyr Japarov explained the reasons for Tashiev's dismissal, noting that he would not hold positions in government bodies.
