Kokulov noted: "There is now an opportunity to achieve justice. Some committee chairs, leaders of deputy groups, and even vice-speakers hold their positions undeservedly. They have not fulfilled their state duties and have done nothing significant for Kyrgyzstan, yet they occupy high posts. Why does this happen? It is related to the existing unwritten norms. We have the opportunity to reconsider these appointments so that we do not feel ashamed before the people," he stated.
