As part of new initiatives in 2026, the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzpharmacy" will focus on reducing drug prices and ensuring their quality, as well as on the sustainability of supplies. This is expected to result in savings for the state budget amounting to approximately 410 million soms compared to the previous year.
Currently, preparations are underway for signing contracts. This new procurement model aims to eliminate intermediary links, which will not only reduce costs but also comply with international quality standards, including WHO requalification, as well as create competitive pricing conditions through participation in global procurement.
