During the inspection, it was revealed that the company "SK Everest Group" was carrying out construction work without an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise. As a result, an act was drawn up, and the company was ordered to provide the necessary documents to rectify the violations. The fine amounted to 200,000 (two hundred thousand) soms.
At the moment, the construction organization has not submitted the agreed documents to the Bishkek City Department of Architectural and Construction Control. Despite the lack of permits, the company continued to carry out construction work, including the installation of columns and the creation of a diaphragm measuring 40×25 meters, which is a violation of the law "On Urban Planning and Architecture".
The case has been referred to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, where judicial proceedings are currently underway.
