Kasymaliev noted that the city hall plays an important role in the socio-economic development of the city. He emphasized the need to improve the quality of municipal services and create comfortable living conditions for the city's residents. The head of the cabinet of ministers also highlighted the importance of coordinated work among all city hall structures and the implementation of key state and city programs.
It is worth noting that earlier, Zhenishbek Toktorbaev was removed from the position of mayor of Osh, and according to the president's decree, his place was taken by Janar Akayev.
