The Jogorku Kenesh approved amendments to the Law "On Investments" in the second reading

- At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic'" was approved by deputies in the second reading.

This initiative was put forward by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Mederbek Tumanov, emphasized that this draft law aims to eliminate the existing legal conflict.

The proposed amendments allow for the removal of legal uncertainty, more accurately reflect the current legislation, and align with the principles of legal regulation in the field of investments.
